Nishikori advances to Paris Masters semifinal

PARIS, France - U.S. Open finalist Kei Nishikori of Japan returns a shot against David Ferrer of Spain during a quarterfinal match at the Paris Masters, which began shortly before 10:00 p.m. on Oct. 31, and finished at 12:35 a.m. on Nov. 1, 2014, in Paris. Nishikori won 3-6, 7-6, 6-4 to advance to the semifinal. With the victory, Nishikori is qualified for his first ATP World Tour Finals to be held from Nov. 9 to 16 in London.
